Your last show was the best of all in the true sense of your
professionalism. You’re growing and getting much stronger in your craft –
Kudos to you and your well selected cast.
Hell I had to pinch myself, because I thought I was at a
Broadway Play. We should have kept you here for a few days and scheduled
you for several shows at one of the small theaters!!
I cannot begin to tell you how amazing the program was today at the Whitaker Center, for Black History Month. I’m still excited about the performances and the entire program. As most of you know, I attend a number of professional and local plays throughout the year and “ Legacy of the Black Entertainer” ranks with the best of them. The program was not only educational for the school age students but everyone that attended today. I even witnessed the senior citizens throughout the program smiling, commenting and enjoying themselves from beginning to end. Excellent job with coordinating this year’s program! They were moved too by the story of Harriet returning for John and finding him married to someone else. Overall it was a fantastic experience for them. As one child put it, “She didn’t just answer questions, she told stories.” Thank you, thank you, thank you!
